HOW TO REPORT A CLAIM
Notify your Fairmont Specialty Agent of your claim or in
case of an Emergency Contact Fairmont directly:
Please keep in mind if you need to report a claim, your policy
number will be needed. Your claim will then be assigned to
one of our FSG claims representatives, who will walk you
through the claim process step-by-step.
After Hours #: 1-800-392-1970 (listen to recording for instructions)
We utilize our claim staff, loss control personnel and various
resources in providing an emergency response team to immediately
investigate and manage catastrophic losses.
HOW TO REQUEST LOSS RUNS
Producers and Policyholders click here
to generate loss runs.
Note: you must have an ID and Password to request loss runs on-line.
If you do not already have an ID and Password, please contact Pam Halverson at
262-780-6726 or pam_halverson@cfins.com to sign up.
If you are a Producer, on-line loss runs can only be obtained for
policies that are currently in effect and for which you are the Producer of Record.
For all other loss runs, fax your request to 877-622-6125 or email fsghouston_lossruns@fairmontspecialty.com.
